Site Simple is an AI-powered website generation platform that creates custom HTML websites based on your business information. We provide three tiers of service: Starter, Pro, and Agency, each with different levels of AI generation quality and features.
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You own the websites generated for you through our service. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your generated websites. We retain the right to use anonymized examples of generated websites to improve our service and for marketing purposes.
You agree not to use Site Simple to generate websites for illegal purposes, to promote hate speech or discrimination, to impersonate others, or to distribute malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Site Simple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
